NBA: Bucks “Watch The Throne”

With an Eastern Conference in search of a new king, The Milwaukee Bucks (48-14, #1 In The East) are not only sitting at the top of the East, they also hold the best record in the league & became the 1st Team To clinch a playoff berth in the 2018-2019 NBA season. Giannis Antetokounmpo has accepted his role as the potential MVP leader of his team, Kris Middleton & Malcom Brogdon are playing at an elite level, Eric Bledsoe just signed a 3 year, $70 Million Contract Extension & Brook Lopez, Tony Snell & Nikola Mirotic are giving the franchise solid role player minutes. When you combine the team chemistry with a Great Head Coach In Mike Budenholzer (Recently Named Eastern Conference “Coach Of The Month” for February), this young and consist core has the star power and mentality to make it out of the East. After watching the Bucks shut down Lebron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in Friday Night’s Matchup 131-120, I’m convinced this team has the potential to derail Kyrie Irving’s Dysfunctional Boston Celtics, Kawhi’s Strong But Questionable Toronto Raptors, Ben Simmons & Joel Embiid’s Top Heavy but Bench Lacking 76ers & even my home team The Indiana Pacers since they lost their leading scorer Victor Oladipo to a season ending Ruptured Quad Tendon Injury. I love watching how selfless and effective the Bucks move the ball in transition, everyone gets their chance to shine by playing their roles without losing sight of the victory at hand. This franchise is long overdue for a championship. I believe that with this current roster (which May possibly get championship level veteran Pau Gasol once the Spurs finish his contract buyout) I believe their time is now!
