The Indiana Pacers (44-25, #4 in the East), recently upset the Oklahoma City Thunder 108-106 in Thursday Night’s Matchup. Please keep in mind that this is a team without their All Star leader Victor Oladipo who‘s showing signs of a great recovery from his Ruptured Quad Tendon. This is also a team led by Head Coach Nate McMillan who is currently in the Top 3 discussion for NBA Coach Of The Year. The most important fact is that the league gave up on this team the night Oladipo was taken off the court on a stretcher. However, in my opinion the Pacers used their loss of Oladipo as fuel to push the team forward. The Trade Deadline Pick Up Wesley Matthews has continue to show and prove his work ethic and great team chemistry every night & Domantas Sabonis has emerged as the 6th Man leader off of the Bench. Will this team make it out of the East? Most likely not due to Toronto, Milwaukee & Boston. However, this current roster of young & hungry players can potentially upset the best of the best in the Eastern Conference.
